Conception
Phase
The
CADS team works closely with our clients
to clearly identify their needs, ensuring
a "fit for purpose"
UBD package. The developed concept is supported
by an actionable client report. This document
will capture the feasibility or
retrofit options, systems
integration, HSE concerns
and economic viability of investment.

Design Phase
Detailed Auto Cad product drawings are produced
during the design phase to eliminate potential
manufacturing or performance problems.
Construction
Phase
The construction phase is completed in either
of our large modern manufacturing plants in Winnipeg
Manitoba or Calgary, Alberta. To reduce shipping
cost and import duties, some UBD components may
be manufactured in country under CADS’s
direct supervision.
Commissioning
Phase
The commissioning phase is carried out by qualified
technicians. Commissioning procedures are governed
by agreed upon protocol. CADS invites all clients
to our rig-up facility in Calgary, Canada to certify
our equipment package performance and verify it's
seamless integration with their rotating drilling
equipment.
Training
Phase
The training phase consisting of classroom, factory
and field instruction will familiarize the customer’s
technical personnel with UBD safety requirements,
down-hole problems drilling problems, environmental
concerns and maintenance of the UBD package.

and service 24/7 to anywhere in the world.
